Apartmentsapart - Brussels

Enjoyed my stay during a business trip, with a well-equipped room including a double bed and essential amenities like a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and fridge.

It had great and fab location, right by the old market and centre of the city. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

It offers perfect, magnificent location.

The proximity to the city center was superb, and the staff were highly professional and exceptionally helpful all day long.

The (gray) linen and towels are old. The toilet isn't in the bathroom but in a place beside the living room with the washing machine.You have to take the keys in a different address, located 55 min.by walking from the apartment which is gray and dark, different than that showed on photos. There isn't elevator and the stairs are narrow and dark.

The rooms are nicely decorated and have modern twin beds.

1. Wehen bookonh, it was not clear at all that the appartment location was 15 min walk from the check in place: I had to walk with my suitcase!!! 2. It was clearly stated in the booking site that when arriving I woul have to pay 10 euro extra. 3. It was not said that I would pay 1 euro more for visa payment. 4. Wehen leaving app. I left keys on the table as clearly requested in instructions. But then I was stuck in the entrance corridor during 45 min because the main door was locked and the staff I called to come and open the door obviously didn't care about that. This is a shame. I have send an email to the appart. Contact to complain about that. Asking reimbursement of the hotel invoice yo compensate for the damages. No reply so far. 5. The staff doesnt speak french in Brussels.

Clean and fresh decor, spacious.

The room wasn´t ready at two o´clock as promised, had to get keys from a different address and then drag our luggage several kilometres. Beds were really uncomfortable, very noisy location and had to hear screaming all night long. The area itself was a bit dodgy with lots of addicts and drunks begging. Vomit and urine allways in front of the entrence.

I had a very spacious and comfortable loft apartment at Apartmentsapart. The open layout allowed for plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was also perfect, close to transit and the bustling city center. The staff members at Apartmentsapart were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. I had a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Apartmentsapart for a comfortable and convenient stay in Brussels.

ApartmentsApart have appartments spead out over the city centre so you don't know where you'll be living if you book online. I got lucky and got an appartment just around the corner from Grand Square in brussels - a beautiful place!

The webpages said I would have wifi for a charge, but when I got there the wifi wasn't installed. For me the wifi was very important as I needed to work online in the night. Also the TV wasn't working. I believe the company had just expanded their in Brussels and that's the reason I didn't get the service I was paying for. Anyway, I believe it was unprofessionally handled.

The location-just off the 'Gran Place" was great & very central. The reception staff were very helpful, as were the young Polish couple who cleaned the apartment. And the fact that there was no problem with the hot water & central heating!!!!

the apartment was on the 5th floor without a lift!!! & 4 flights of stairs were spiral ones & potentially dangerous!!! The Television had only one station!!! The location was great, but it also meant that there was a lot of noise till the early hours of the morning from the Gran Place!

The room was large with a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, and a magnificent view, and it was situated incredibly close to the Museum of the City of Brussels.

The stuff are outstandingly accommodating and accommodating, managed the parking nearby. New-fashioned, huge room complete with a double mattress, bedroom set up plus buildings where students take flats. The service is excellant, includes safe parking.

The food was good, excellent service...
